They make name plaques and pinch pots and after a few weeks these items are fired in the kiln. Then she helps them glaze/ paint the pots and they are fired again and they can take their plaque or pot home with them. Apparently pottery is very therapeutic and a good activity for older people with dementia. award winning Award winning Painter and potter, Jan, will be exhibiting with her friends this year at TAAG in Teignmouth
